Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM Analyst to be the voice of EarnKaro for our users.

You will interact with users via calls, emails, and chat, solve their concerns with empathy, and ensure a smooth experience to increase satisfaction and retention.

This is a high-impact role focused on customer happiness, retention, and user trust .

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Customer Interaction & Query Handling

  • Respond to user queries via calls, email, and chat in a professional, timely manner
  • Understand user problems and provide clear, actionable solutions
  • Ensure every interaction reflects EarnKaro’s brand values of trust, care, and clarity

🔹 Retention & User Satisfaction

  • Identify issues affecting user experience and take proactive steps to resolve them
  • Convert unhappy users into satisfied, loyal customers
  • Follow up on resolutions to ensure long-term satisfaction

🔹 Reporting & Insights

  • Maintain detailed logs of queries, feedback, and resolutions
  • Share recurring issues with internal teams and collaborate to resolve them
  • Work closely with Product & Tech teams to flag system-level issues

🔹 Process Improvement

  • Recommend workflow updates to improve response times and user experience
  • Contribute to CRM automation, FAQ improvements, and self-help content

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, user operations, or customer success
  • Excellent written & verbal communication (English + Hindi preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with high empathy
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email systems, chat portals, or ticketing tools
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, user-first mindset with focus on retention & satisfaction
