Position Title: CRM Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled CRM Developer to design, develop, and customize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce, with hands-on experience in development, integration, and system customization to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics / Salesforce).

Design and implement CRM solutions based on business requirements.

Integrate CRM with enterprise systems (ERP, APIs, third-party tools).

Develop workflows, plugins, and automation within CRM platforms.

Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Support users by resolving technical issues and implementing enhancements.

Ensure data integrity, security, and system reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years of experience in CRM development.

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce CRM.

Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Apex (Salesforce).

Experience with APIs, integrations, and data migration.

Strong understanding of CRM architecture and customization.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Knowledge of Azure services.

CRM certifications (Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce).
