We are seeking a Customer Relations Executive for our client, a distinguished leader in the automotive trade sector. Known for their expertise in sourcing and delivering top-quality vehicles, this client has built a strong reputation for excellence, innovation, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.

Job Title: Customer Relations Executive (English & Arabic Speaking)

Compensation: QAR 3,500 per month-All Inclusive

Working Days: 6 days a week (Saturday to Thursday)

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Location: Barwa Commercial Avenue, Doha, Qatar

Contract Duration: 6 months (Extendable)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Customer Relations Executive for the automotive trade sector. Candidates must have a strong background in using CRM software within a call center environment and be fluent in Arabic and English. Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and analyze customer data for improved service delivery.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
  • Support customer engagement initiatives such as promotions, events, and feedback activities to strengthen relationships.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Monitor and analyze customer service KPIs, implementing strategies to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Contribute to team development by staying updated on industry best practices and assisting in onboarding and training new staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years’ experience in customer relations, with strong CRM and call center background
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused, professional, and team-oriented with strong integrity and accountability
