Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in Kuwait City. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, analyzing customer data, developing and implementing customer retention strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes managing CRM systems, coordinating with sales teams to optimize client interactions, and assisting in process improvements. The specialist will also oversee customer feedback and work towards enhancing loyalty and engagement.


Qualifications

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer data and support decision-making
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and teams
  • Project Management skills to coordinate and manage CRM-related initiatives efficiently
  • Proficiency in relevant CRM software and tools
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
