Summary:

Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Act as the primary point of contact and ensure client needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build rapport with new and existing clients; understand their business goals.

- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, turning issues into positive experiences.

- Track client interactions in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and maintain accurate records.

- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to deliver solutions and meet client expectations.

- Identify upsell/cross-sell chances and pass leads to sales.

Required Skills:

- 2+ years in customer service, sales, or account management.

- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and active listening.

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
