Hiring: Customer Relationship Manager / Executive – CRM (Post Sales) – Female Only

Position: Customer Relationship Manager / Executive – CRM (Post Sales)

Experience: 1–5 years
(Experience in luxury home décor/interior design/customer handling is an advantage but not mandatory)
Education: MBA, BBA, or any Graduation
Languages: English, Hindi, Telugu (Preferred)
Immediate Joiner: Advantage
Profile Requirement: Soft-spoken, pleasing personality, customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities – CRM (Post Sales)1. Customer Handling & Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale.
  • Maintain consistent communication to ensure smooth post-sales service.
  • Provide updates on order processing, dispatch, delivery, and installation timelines.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure prompt resolutions.

2. Order Coordination

  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams for accurate and timely delivery.
  • Ensure all documentation, billing, and order confirmations are complete and error-free.
  • Monitor the entire order lifecycle from showroom to installation.

3. Installation & Service Coordination

  • Schedule installation appointments with installers and service partners.
  • Follow up to ensure installation quality meets company standards.
  • Address installation or service issues by coordinating with internal teams.

4. Customer Follow-Up & Relationship Management

  • Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain long-term relations to drive repeat purchases and referrals.
  • Inform customers about new products, collections, promotions, and events.

5. Complaints & Issue Resolution

  • Log customer complaints systematically and track them until closure.
  • Work with technical and service teams for quick resolutions.
  • Maintain TAT (Turn Around Time) for all customer issues.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain structured records of customer interactions, orders, complaints, and service notes.
  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management review.
  • Update CRM software with customer updates and service actions.

7. Showroom Support (If Required)

  • Assist walk-in customers during peak hours.
  • Maintain showroom standards and support front-end operations when needed.

8. Brand Representation

  • Represent Celes’tile in a polished, professional manner aligned with luxury brand values.
  • Ensure every customer receives a premium post-sales experience.
