Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager with at least 1 year of experience and extremely fluent English. Require a patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated person to ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Manage returns, exchanges, and customer concerns
• Oversee logistics and ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 1+ year of CRM or related experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Patient, positive, and customer-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
