Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong relationships with guests, members, and corporate clients.
  • Ensure a seamless experience for guests from arrival to departure.
  • Communicate effectively in multiple languages to provide personalized service.
  • Understand guest requirements and coordinate with various departments (Front Office, F&B, Events, Housekeeping, etc.).
  • Handle guest feedback, concerns, and queries professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of guest preferences, visits, and interactions.
  • Support membership queries, renewals, and upgrades (if applicable).
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams for client engagement and service delivery.
  • Assist in hospitality events, client visits, and walkthroughs when needed.
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
