Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing part-load customers, conducting regular follow-ups to gauge satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently, resolving issues related to shipments, delays, or documentation in collaboration with the operations team.
• Coordinate part-load bookings, track shipment progress, and provide real-time updates to clients via phone, email, or CRM tools.
• Analyze customer data and trends to recommend service improvements and contribute to sales targets for part-load volumes.
• Participate in business development activities, such as client meetings, trade shows, and market research to acquire new part-load clients.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contracts.
