We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM to join our team. This role involves managing client relationships, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth coordination across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Serve as a point of contact for client queries and communication
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales reports
  • Support sales campaigns, follow-ups, and pipeline management
  • Ensure timely coordination between clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Prior experience in sales coordination or client servicing preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
