Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
1*. Client Acquisition & Business Development*
- Identify and target potential clients for loan products, investments, and other financial services.
- Build a strong client pipeline through referrals, networking, and market research.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for new client acquisition and business growth.
2. Relationship Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving queries and providing timely assistance.
- Conduct periodic client reviews to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
3. Credit Support & Loan Coordination
- Coordinate with the credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing of loan applications.
- Ensure timely submission of required documentation, KYC, and other compliance requirements by clients.
- Monitor loan disbursal timelines and keep clients updated throughout the process.
4. Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Management
- Track client accounts for repayment schedules, overdue payments, and early warning signals.
- Provide regular updates on portfolio performance to senior management.
- Proactively manage at-risk clients and assist in recovery or restructuring where needed.
5. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to management on product performance and market requirements.
- Suggest improvements in products, services, and client engagement strategies.
6. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on client acquisition, portfolio status, and business development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Analyze client data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.

- Achieve targets for client acquisition and portfolio growth.
- Maintain low non-performing accounts (NPA) ratio in managed portfolio.
