Job Summary:
We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain the CRM system, and support sales & service teams. The role involves handling customer data, ensuring timely follow-ups, resolving queries, and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with customer data, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Generate reports on customer interactions, sales pipeline, and service performance.
  • Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
  • Track customer feedback and suggest improvements in service quality.
  • Ensure timely communication with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and support.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Any relevant field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales support (manufacturing preferred).
  • Good knowledge of CRM software
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
