As a CRM, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and operations—ensuring seamless

communication, loyalty, and satisfaction. You’ll manage customer databases, analyze buying

patterns, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

 Maintain and optimize CRM systems for accurate customer data and segmentation

 Monitor customer interactions and feedback to improve engagement strategies

 Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for targeted campaigns and promotions

 Generate reports on customer behaviour, retention, and satisfaction metrics

 Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism and urgency

 Support digital initiatives to enhance customer experience and loyalty

Requirements:

 3–5 years of experience in CRM or customer service roles, preferably in manufacturing or

B2B sectors

 Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, SAP)

 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

 Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and Logistics

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
