We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who can build strong customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support our business growth. The ideal candidate will handle client queries, maintain long-term relations, and coordinate with internal teams to provide excellent service. Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Handle customer inquiries, issues, and provide quick resolutions Understand customer needs and suggest relevant services Maintain CRM data and ensure accurate client records Follow up with customers for feedback and service improvements Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer experience Prepare reports on customer interactions and performance Work towards improving customer satisfaction and retention Requirements:-

Bachelor’s degree in any field Proven experience in customer service or relationship management Good communication skills

Strong problem-solving ability Basic computer and CRM software knowledge Customer-focused mindset Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Freshers are also eligible.
