Main job Location: Hyderabad

Working Mode: Fulltime

Timings: 9:00 AM -6:30 PM (Mon to Sat)

Package: 6-10 LPA

Note: This role involves frequent traveling.

Minimum Service Agreement (Bond): 12 Months Service.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics related field) or
  • MBA in Marketing/Operations/International Business with a technical background.

Experience:

  • 5–10 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management / Technical

Support / Client Servicing, preferably in Defense, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or

High-Tech industries.

  • Proven experience handling customer complaints, technical product

demonstrations, and client engagement activities.

  • Exposure to international client interactions, trade expos, and defense

exhibitions is highly desirable.

Role Overview:

The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for overseeing all customer-facing

activities, including complaint management, technical support, product demonstrations, and

client relationship management. This role acts as a liaison between clients, internal teams,

and management to ensure seamless service delivery and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer complaints, ensuring timely

resolution and maintaining records.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts planning, availability, and logistics to

ensure timely delivery to client bases.

  • Manage gate passes and approvals by liaising with relevant authorities for smooth

operations.

  • Conduct and coordinate product demonstrations (physical, virtual, international)

while ensuring technical readiness and facilities.

  • Represent the organization at expos, defense shows, and national-level client events,

ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

  • Oversee client interactions during high-visibility events, managing teams, logistics, and resources for successful demos.
  • Maintain and update ALOClient CRM, providing regular service updates and reports to

clients and senior management.

  • Ensure efficient installations, training, and certification handovers to clients, while

fostering strong, ongoing client relationships.

  • Provide technical support and guidance during installations, troubleshooting issues,

and ensuring that all products meet technical specifications before handover to clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
