Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update customer database including dealers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
2. Handle customer inquiries, quotations, order processing, and follow-ups for steel products
3. Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
4. Track order status, pending orders, dispatch schedules, and provide regular updates to customers.
5. Resolve customer complaints related to quality, quantity, delivery, and billing in coordination with concerned departments.

Required Skills:
1. Strong communication and customer handling skills
2. Knowledge of sales order process, dispatch, and logistics coordination
3. Proficiency in CRM software, ERP, and MS Excel
4. Good documentation, reporting, and data management skills
5. Ability to work in coordination with production and sales teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
