Job Description (JD) – CRM Executive / Manager

Industry: Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Mode of Transport: Air, Road & Sea

Role Overview

The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling client communications, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth logistics operations across air, road, and sea freight services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding logistics services
  • Handle customer queries related to shipments, documentation, delivery status, and pricing
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, and warehouse teams for timely execution of shipments
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
  • Track shipments for Air, Road & Sea transportation and provide regular status updates to clients
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and shipment-related documents
  • Follow up with clients for feedback, renewals, and repeat business
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of logistics operations (Air, Road & Sea freight)
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software
  • Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain companies
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation (AWB, BL, Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
  • Understanding of import/export processes is an advantage

Salary & Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
