Customer Relationship Manager (Pre - Sales)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing client queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.Mandatorily from Fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/leads.

● Understand customer requirements for home interiors/modular solutions.

● Qualify leads based on budget, location, and project timelines.

● Schedule meetings/site visits for designers or sales consultants.

● Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM systems.

● Explain company services, design process, and offers to customers.

● Coordinate with sales and design teams for smooth lead handover.

Requirements:

Mandatorily from Fit-out industry

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration/Marketing preferred).

Proven experience in customer service, client servicing, or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.

Ensure high conversion from inquiry to consultation stage.

Achieve daily/weekly lead generation and appointment targets.

Build strong customer relationships through timely communication.
