Reddy and Reddy Matrimony is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable matrimony services while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with prospective customers to explain the company’s services and convert inquiries into memberships.

Follow up on leads and drive conversions through effective communication.

Maintain records of interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.

Coordinate with the Service Team to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients.

Meet weekly and monthly targets set by the management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Gender: Male or Female

Age: 25 to 35 years

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a sales or customer-facing role

Marital Status:

Females: Must be married

Required Skills:

Strong communication skills in Telugu and English (spoken and written).

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle objections and turn inquiries into successful registrations.

Polite, customer-oriented approach with a professional demeanor.
