Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Follow-up with customers for service reminders, post-service feedback, and pending issues.
  • Maintain customer data and service records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Manage calls related to service bookings, escalations, and complaint handling.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on customer follow-ups and feedback status.
  • Support service campaigns, service camps & promotional activities.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Any Graduate (Automobile or Marketing background preferred)
  • Excellent communication & customer handling skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel & email etiquette
  • Positive attitude, proactive and customer-focused mindset
  • Fresher or experienced (Automobile sector experience preferred)
