Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Follow-up with customers for service reminders, post-service feedback, and pending issues.
- Maintain customer data and service records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Manage calls related to service bookings, escalations, and complaint handling.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on customer follow-ups and feedback status.
- Support service campaigns, service camps & promotional activities.
Skills & Requirements:
- Any Graduate (Automobile or Marketing background preferred)
- Excellent communication & customer handling skills
- Knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel & email etiquette
- Positive attitude, proactive and customer-focused mindset
- Fresher or experienced (Automobile sector experience preferred)
