Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for a Customer Relationship Officer. The selected candidate will manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, address inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling customer accounts, assisting with financial matters, driving sales interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management to build and nurture long-term customer relationships
• Proficiency in Finance with the ability to assist clients regarding financial inquiries and transactions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide professional and empathetic support to clients
• Sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities and promote relevant solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and maintain a professional attitude
• Prior experience in a customer-focused or business relationship role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
