Job Description

Al Midrar Institute is seeking a motivated, polite, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to manage student inquiries, build strong relationships with prospective and existing students, and ensure a positive experience throughout their journey with the institute.

Position: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Location: Karachi
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary Package: PKR 22,000 – 31,000

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, social media inquiries, and walk-in clients professionally
• Guide students regarding courses, fees, schedules, and institute policies.
• Maintain proper follow-ups with leads and enrolled students
• Update and manage CRM or inquiry records accurately
• Coordinate with sales, resolve student concerns and escalate issues when required
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and student retention

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM systems preferred)
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability

Experience

• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
• 6 months – 1 year of experience in customer service is a plus
