Job Description – Customer RelationshipTrainee

Location: Chennai

Experience: 0–3 years

Industry: Offset Printing & Packaging

Responsibilities

· Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

· Support order processing from sales confirmation to delivery.

· Coordinate with production, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.

· Update system for order tracking and prepare required reports for management.

· Follow up on shipments, deliveries, and customer satisfaction.

· Generate weekly and monthly sales turnover reports from ERP.

· Ensure 100% on-time delivery (OTD) by proactively resolving issues.

· Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Eligibility

· Freshers to 1 year experience.

· Any degree (MBA Marketing preferred).

· Good communication & customer handling skills.
