Role :

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will act as the key contact between our customers and our company. You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, build and maintain positive relationships, handle inquiries and complaints, and contribute to enhancing our customer service reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, email, chat) smoothly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain the customer database, update records, track status, and follow up consistently.
  • Understand customer needs, respond to queries about products/services, provide accurate information.
  • Escalate issues as needed and coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, sales) to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor and measure customer feedback, report on service metrics, and suggest process improvements.
  • Assist in generating upsell/cross-sell opportunities or helping with customer retention initiatives.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools/platforms and ensure data quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any streamline) or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Tamil is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel), working knowledge of CRM tools (or willingness to learn).
  • Strong interpersonal skills: friendly demeanor, empathy, ability to build rapport.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment, multi-task, manage time and priorities.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1.5 years experience are welcome.
  • On-site availability in Coimbatore.

Preferred / Advantageous

  • Any prior internship/experience in customer service, call centre, sales support or related role.
  • Experience or willingness to learn CRM software.
  • Interest in process improvement, customer delight and building positive relationships.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8 hours/day)
