Job Description:
We are looking for a polite, responsive, and customer-focused Customer Response Executive to handle customer inquiries and provide timely support across calls, messages, and online platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain customer records and follow up when required
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for quick resolutions
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive brand experience

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-friendly attitude with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple chats/calls professionally
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, email)
  • Prior experience in customer support or call handling is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet response timelines
