Job Overview
We’re hiring a Customer Retention Manager to drive revenue through email, SMS, and on-site conversion optimization. This role is focused on improving lifecycle marketing performance in Klaviyo and increasing Shopify conversion rates through data-driven testing and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Klaviyo flows (abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback, etc.)
- Execute and improve SMS campaigns and automations
- Analyze Shopify conversion funnel and implement improvements to increase checkout conversion rate
- Monitor and report on key metrics (conversion rate, LTV, AOV, repeat purchase rate)
- Run A/B tests across email, SMS, and onsite experiences
- Maintain email deliverability and list health
- Optimize subscription performance (churn reduction, retention, LTV), including work in ReCharge or similar platforms
Experience
- 2+ years experience with Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, performance optimization)
- Strong understanding of Shopify analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience with SMS marketing platforms
- Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action
- Proven track record improving retention and conversion metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ReCharge or other subscription platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid
- Design or UX background (email or conversion-focused design)
