Job Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Reputation Management Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis.

About the Role:
In this part-time, remote position, you’ll help support our clients by monitoring online reviews and crafting original, thoughtful responses—no templates or copy/paste replies allowed. You’ll be responsible for logging reviews and responses in our client-facing documents and tracking weekly activity totals in our internal system.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create personalized, professional responses
  • Strong technical aptitude—you’ll be working across multiple systems daily
  • A reliable computer capable of running cloud-based platforms and Zoom
  • Confidence navigating Zoom for meetings and screen sharing
  • Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational habits

Details:

  • Starting at $16/hour
  • Remote freelance role (1099 at-will employment)
  • Monday through Friday, starting at 9:00 AM
  • Approximately 10–15 hours per week
