Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products or services, and driving sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

Generate sales and meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Maintain accurate customer records and process orders efficiently

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly

Stay knowledgeable about products, promotions, and company policies

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills (POS systems, CRM, email, etc.)

Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in inside sales, retail sales, or call center environments

Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales

Bilingual skills are a plus
