Customer Sales Agent

Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Auto Insurance Live Transfer Campaign. The role involves connecting customers with licensed insurance agents through outbound/inbound calls. You’ll be responsible for engaging customers, qualifying leads, and ensuring smooth live transfers.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with U.S. customers regarding auto insurance plans.
• Build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confidence in outbound/inbound calling
• A positive and sales-driven attitude

Requirements:

• Strong English communication and listening skills.
• Previous call center or sales experience is a plus (freshers are also encouraged to apply).
• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Must be available for Night Shift (6 PM – 4 AM).
