Customer Sales Associates

We are seeking for experienced individuals to join our CSA Team. Your primary responsibility will be to verify customer information and ensure data accuracy following outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct verification calls to confirm customer details.
• Ensure accuracy of data collected by sales or support agents.
• Maintain call logs and records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team leads to resolve discrepancies.
• Adhere to call scripts and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call center or verification is mandatory .
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
