Customer Sales & Call Centre Roles (Only Bahraini Candidates)

Job Duties

• Contact customers via phone to provide information or support
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Achieve assigned sales or service targets
• Maintain clear and professional communication in Arabic
• Update customer information accurately in the system

Candidate Profile

• Bahraini citizen (mandatory)
• Arabic speaker – required
• Good phone etiquette and listening skills
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is an advantage
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation

• Salary between 400 – 600 BD per month
• Training provided depending on the role
• Long-term employment opportunities
