What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
As the face of the AA in our Napier Centre, you’ll bring a bubbly personality and customer-first approach to every interaction.
As a Customer Sales Consultant, you’ll:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote the right AA products and services
- Drive sales and achieve KPIs while delivering exceptional service
- Create a positive, lively experience for every customer who walks through our doors
- Handle a variety of tasks, including processing driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions

- Has proven retail and sales experience, with confidence in achieving targets
- Brings a high-energy, positive, and bubbly personality to work every day
