Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Customer Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering excellent service that drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, chat, and in-person.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products/services that fit those needs.
- Generate and qualify leads to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate pricing/terms with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to improve customer experience.
- Provide product demonstrations to prospects and clients when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹34,268.27 per month
