Customer Sales Executive

Bajaj Group of Industries is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and referrals
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
  • Present and promote company products/services to potential clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales (1–3 years preferred; freshers with strong sales aptitude may apply)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Willingness to travel if required

  • Strong persuasion and closing skills
  • Time management and organizational abilities
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
