Job Description:
We’re hiring a proactive and confident Customer Sales Representative to handle client interactions, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct verification calls to confirm customer details.
• Ensure accuracy of data collected by sales or support agents.
• Maintain call logs and records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team leads to resolve discrepancies.
• Adhere to call scripts and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.

Experience:

• ACA/MEDICARE Fronting: 6 Month (Required)

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
