We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Customer Sales Executive who is fluent in French and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with international customers, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into successful sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers in French and English via calls, emails, and chats.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure timely closures and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
- Address customer concerns and provide professional after-sales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written French and English (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Customer Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

- Experience working with international or European clients.
- Background in B2B or B2C sales.
