Position: Customer Sales Specialist
Location: On-site | Night Shift (Monday–Friday | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 90,000/month + Commissions & Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls in a professional, energetic, and engaging manner
• Identify customer needs and confidently recommend suitable products and services
• Stay informed about current offerings, promotions, and sales campaigns
• Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Provide exceptional service to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Accurately document all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system
• Handle customer inquiries and objections with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective sales goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 0–5 years in sales or customer service (fresh grads encouraged to apply!)
• Communication: Excellent English — both spoken and written
• Personality: Confident, persuasive, goal-driven
• Skills: Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Tech Savvy: CRM knowledge is a bonus
• Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (Monday to Friday | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
