1. Position and Role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue through outbound/inbound sales initiatives. Your primary focus will be identifying potential leads, nurturing client relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets as defined by the company’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

2. Compensation and Benefits

Your compensation package is structured to reward high performance:

* Base Salary: 80,000 PKR per month.

* Commission: You will be eligible for a performance-based commission structure. Detailed commission tiers will be provided during your orientation.

* KPI Condition: Please note that the full disbursement of the base salary and eligibility for commissions are contingent upon consistently meeting the Monthly KPI Sales targets.

3. Terms of Employment

* Probationary Period: Your performance will be reviewed over an initial period of [e.g., 3 months].

* Working Hours: [8pm to 4 am], Monday through Friday.

Compensation for commission pay structure

7 leads you will be getting 1,50,000 PKR

9 leads 1,75,000 PKR

11 leads 2,20,000 PKR

13 2,50,000 PKR

15 leads leads 3,00,000 PKR

18 leads 4,00,000 PKR

and 20 leads 5,00,000 PKR (including base).

Pay: Up to Rs500,000.00 per month
