Job Description:

As a CSR, you will play a critical role in engaging directly with clients, showcasing the value of our offerings, and closing deals to drive revenue. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate the benefits of our products and services to potential clients to drive sales.
  • Engage with customers throughout all phases of the sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
  • Use negotiation and persuasion techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Maintain sustainable relationships and foster trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from a reputed university.
  • Fresh Graduates are also eligible to apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.
