Customer Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for airline reservations in USA & Canada markets.

Provide customers with travel options, ticketing information, and flight booking services.

Build rapport with customers, understand their requirements, and offer suitable travel solutions.

Meet sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.

Ensure excellent customer service while handling queries and complaints professionally.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.

Requirements & Skills:

Fluency in English communication (speaking & listening is a must).

Good geographical knowledge (especially USA & Canada).

Strong sales & persuasion skills with the ability to convince customers.

Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM/ticketing software.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
