Customer Sales Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with customers over the phone, promoting products and services, and meeting daily sales targets. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to U.S. customers for HVAC services
• Work collaboratively with the sales and support team to ensure smooth
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confidence in outbound/inbound calling
• A positive and sales-driven attitude

Requirements:

• Strong English communication and listening skills.
• Previous call center or sales experience is a plus (freshers are also encouraged to apply).
• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Willing to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
