Job Summary
The Customer Sales Representative is responsible for interacting with customers, identifying their needs, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The CSR builds strong customer relationships, increases sales, and maintains excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, messages, email, or in-person interaction.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend services.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate offers, discounts, and promotions effectively.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with new launches or changes.
