Job Summary

The Customer Sales Representative is responsible for interacting with customers, identifying their needs, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The CSR builds strong customer relationships, increases sales, and maintains excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through calls, messages, email, or in-person interaction.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend services.
  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate offers, discounts, and promotions effectively.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with new launches or changes.

Qualifications
