Job Title: Sales Representative (B2B Cold Calling – UK/US Markets)

Location: 4th Floor, Al-Hafeez Shopping Mall, Main Boulevard Gulberg III, Lahore
Shift Timings (Monday-Friday):

• UK Market: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (PKT)
• US Market: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PKT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to B2B prospects in the UK and US markets.
• Engage decision-makers and present our digital marketing solutions (SEO, SMM, Web Development).
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales executives.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track progress.
• Consistently achieve monthly targets (20+ qualified leads).
• Stay updated on industry trends and Brandix Soft’s service offerings.

Requirements:

• Minimum Matric/O-Level education.
• 6+ months of experience in international B2B cold calling.
• Fluent English (verbal & written) with strong communication skills.
• Persuasive negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing & SEO
• Experience in selling digital marketing & SEO, Digital Media Marketing, GMB, Google Ads Management and Web Development through cold calling will be preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
