We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or social media
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and empathetically
• Provide product/service information to customers
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other departments for a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
