Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Sales Representative role located in Bahawalnagar. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential customers, handling inquiries, processing sales, and assisting in achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong sales-oriented skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Proficiency in handling inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a positive client experience.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in telecom services or sales is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
