Customer Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential business and residential customers to promote and sell company services
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or service solutions
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Accurately maintain call records and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall campaign goals and performance targets

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center or outbound sales role (international campaign experience preferred)
  • Excellent spoken English with a clear and confident accent
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

Office Location: Plaza no. 74, Main Civic Centre, Phase 4 Bahria Town, Rawalpindi

Office Timings: 7 pm to 4 am
