Customer Sales Representative

Position Summary:
We are seeking proactive Sales Executives to join our team. You will engage with customers over calls, explain our services clearly, and help close sales while providing excellent support.Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive attitude
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Document customer interactions in the system
• Meet performance metrics and quality standards
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
