Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Sales Representative role based in Gujranwala. The Customer Sales Representative will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their travel needs, and recommend suitable holiday packages and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to online and in-person inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on leads to convert them into confirmed bookings. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems, coordinating with internal teams to confirm availability and pricing, and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional, courteous manner. The representative will also support post-sale customer care, address issues or changes to bookings, and contribute feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications

Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and close deals ethically and effectively.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in relevant local and/or international languages, with a clear, professional phone manner.

Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email, office applications, and customer relationship management (CRM) or booking systems.

Ability to work on-site in Gujranwala, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in sales, call centers, retail, or the travel and tourism industry is preferred but not mandatory.
