Customer Sales Representative (ACA Campaign)

As a CSR, you will play a critical role in engaging directly with clients, showcasing the value of our offerings, and closing deals to drive revenue. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

-Communicate the benefits of our products and services to potential clients to drive sales.

-Engage with customers throughout all phases of the sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals.

-Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.

-Use negotiation and persuasion techniques to overcome objections and close sales.

-Generate and follow up on sales leads to build a strong sales pipeline.

-Maintain sustainable relationships and foster trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

-Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.

-Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.

-Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage accounts.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from a reputed university.

-Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in ACA Campaign (US Based).

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, preferably with a US/UK or neutral accent.

-Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.

-Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.
