Job Title: Telesales Representative (Evening Shift)
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Compensation: From 45,000 PKR per month (base salary) + Performance-based incentives

About the Role

Bravus Solutions is seeking dynamic and results-driven Telesales Representatives to join our growing team in Faisalabad. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about sales. As a key member of our telesales department, you will be engaging with potential clients, promoting our services, and closing deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
• Communicate the features and benefits of our services effectively.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Record customer interactions and sales details in the CRM system.
• Handle objections professionally and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads to build relationships and secure sales.
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace/CRM tools).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Punctual and committed to the evening shift.
